Buyer Agreement for Buy-Back Assurance with Cullum Seeds:
By acknowledging the terms and conditions detailed below, the Buyer recognizes the specifics related to the Buy-Back Assurance offered by Cullum Seeds:
Buyback Request Initiation:
The Buyer must initiate a buyback request on the 14th day after the online purchase, with the purchase date considered as day 0. This request should be submitted via email.
Buyback Requirements:
The equipment must remain on the Buyer’s property, and the buyback payment will be completed at that location. The Buyer is strictly prohibited from selling or transferring the equipment to any third party after the purchase.
Eligibility Confirmation:
To verify eligibility for buyback, a 14-day window is required. During this time, the program administrator will conduct an inspection to confirm the equipment’s condition matches its state at the time of purchase.
Acceptable Equipment Conditions:
The heavy equipment must be in the same condition or better than it was at the time of purchase, as outlined in the equipment’s listing. All buyback requests must comply with Cullum Seeds’ Terms & Conditions for inspection eligibility.
Buy-Back Assurance:
The Buy-Back Assurance must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed later. Once the buyback is approved, the refund will be processed 24 to 48 hours after the Buyer receives a transferable receipt from Cullum Seeds.
Equipment Handling & Pickup:
After the buyback is approved, the equipment will remain on the Buyer’s property until it is picked up. Cullum Seeds will arrange the pickup within 7 business days of issuing the refund receipt. The Buyer is responsible for any costs related to the inspection, marketing, and pickup process, including providing access to the equipment and necessary documentation.
Buyer Responsibilities:
The Buyer assumes all risks and costs associated with the equipment during the repurchase process. The equipment must not be used for commercial purposes and must be maintained in accordance with industry standards.
Refund Process:
The refund will be issued to the original Buyer within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the confirmation receipt from Cullum Seeds. Cullum Seeds reserves the right to limit the number of items eligible for buyback. By purchasing the equipment and opting into the Buy-Back Assurance, the Buyer agrees to comply with these terms.
